I woke up this morning to a flood from my broken water heater.  I called Singletary and Spoke to Kara, she told me they were booked solid until Friday, she put me on a brief hold and came back and said Tyler was going to add me me to his schedule that day.  Tyler came out and quickly removed the old water heater and installed an upgraded model.  He also inspected my water softener as well.  Great guy and very knowledgeable.
